Is it really offline?
Yes. Every conversion runs on your computer. The only time the app talks to the internet is when the Microsoft Store checks your licence.
Do I need Microsoft Office installed?
Yes, for anything involving Word, Excel or PowerPoint files — the app uses your installed Office (2016 or later) to read and write them faithfully. PDF-only tools such as merge, split and protect work without Office.
Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit.
What happens when the trial ends?
The app stops opening until you buy it from the Microsoft Store. Nothing on your PC is deleted, and your converted files are ordinary files that stay where you saved them.
Where do converted files go?
You choose an output folder on each tool's screen. Originals are never modified.
How do refunds work?
Purchases are made through the Microsoft Store, so refunds follow Microsoft's Store refund policy — request one from your Microsoft account's order history.
